Thank You for choosing me as Your photographer! Below are my terms and conditions, which will govern our agreement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All photography sessions must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time slot. We will not be able to accommodate walk-in clients.
Our photography sessions are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule your session if necessary.
Session Details: The session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and the original (unretouched) high resolution photos digitally. Unless otherwise stated, any prints or products are not included in the session fee.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: If You need to reschedule or cancel Your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If You cancel your session with less than 24 hours' notice, Your session fee will be forfeited.
Image Delivery: Your images will be available to download after the full package price payment has completed in an online gallery within 2 business days of Your session.
Image Retouching: Depending on Your package of choice retouching of 5 or more photos are included in the price of Your images. This includes minor blemish removal, color correction, skin smoothing and editing. Extra retouching may be requested for an additional fee of $20/ photo. You can download the retouched photos within 10 business days.
Copyright and Usage: The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. However, You will receive a print release that allows You to print and share your images for Your personal use.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future session if You need to reschedule.
Once Your session has ended, we will not accept any complaints or requests for additional editing or changes. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You are satisfied with the final photos before leaving our studio.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner towards our staff or other clients.
We will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to Your property that may occur during Your visit to our studio.
